CTG Signed a Strategic Cooperation Framework Agreement with China Resources Group in Shenzhen on December 9th. Chairman Chen Yin, Director Lv Youqing, Deputy GM Shi Shanbo of CTG and Chairman Wang Xiangming, Director Pan Fu, Deputy GM Wang Chuandong, Deputy GM Lan Yi of China Resources Group attended the signing ceremony. Wang Haimin, GM of CTG, and Wang Cuijun, GM of China Resources Group signed the Agreement.
Based on the principles of "Market-oriented, drawing on each other's strengths, and for win-win outcomes", the Agreement is intended to usher in all-around strategic cooperation in 18 segmented fields covering the areas of co-branding & resource sharing, city construction & operation, duty-free business, finance business, Hong Kong & international business.
In a talk before the ceremony, both sides believed that the two central enterprises based in Hong Kong would realize resource complementarity by fulfilling the Agreement, and that the Agreement would provide a new historical starting point to boost their cooperation to a higher level.
