On December 2nd, CTG Chairman Chen Yin attended the opening ceremony and the prime forum of the 1st China (Macao) High-quality Consumption Exhibition & Hengqin Global Bay Area Forum in Macao. Under the theme of "Integrity operation and premium service", the CTG booth elucidates our brand image and business layout in Macao. During his stay, Mr. Chen also visited business partners and CTG branches.

On December 1st and 2nd, Mr. Chen visited the LOCPG MO, SEF of MACAU, Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited respectively and had in-depth exchanges with the officials and managers.
Zheng Xincong, director of LOCPG MO, welcomed Mr. Chen and his delegation, expressing his hope that CTG would explore and promote tourism resources of Macao by making full use of advantages as a famous tourism enterprise owned by the central government. Mr. Chen thanked the LOCPG MO for its long-term care for CTG growth in Macao. He said that the CTG is committed to promoting the tourism industry in Macao while doing its part in aspects such as social welfare and political participation.

In the meeting with the SEF of MACAU, Mr. Chen had an in-depth exchange with Secretary Lei Wai Nong about CTG business and future plan in Macao. Secretary Lei Wai Nong expected CTG to play a part to diversify Macao's tourism, which is substantially based on gambling revenue for now.

During the visit to Nam Kwong (Group) Company Limited, Mr. Chen Yin and Mr. Fu Jianguo, Chairman of Nam Kwong expressed their willingness as the central enterprises stationed in Hong Kong and Macao, to strengthen mutual exchange and complement mutual edges to make contributions to the buildup of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area in the new era.

On December 1st, Mr. Chen inspected Metropark Hotel Macau. He visited the restaurant and guest room floor area to learn about hotel operation and meet first-line staff, recognizing their contribution to the company. Mr. Chen pointed out that all subsidiaries of CTG in Macao should work together for better operating performance next year.

On December 2nd, Mr. Chen inspected the urban store of CTG Duty-Free Macao. He detailed inquiries about product sales, brand investment, and membership services, and then listened to the report of online and offline businesses at the discussion meeting. He also visited the office area to extend greetings to the staff.

On December 2nd, Mr. Chen visited CITS Macao to debrief the report on its operation and recognized its achievements in the operation and market development under the impact of Covid-19. He proposed his requirements for the future of the Macao branch: we should make transformation actively to seek opportunities in crisis, develop product meeting the need of consumers, and arouse every staff's working enthusiasm.
