China Tourism Group Corporation Limited (CTG), also known as China Travel Service (Holdings) Hong Kong Limited, is a centrally administered state-owned enterprises and one of the central government-owned enterprises headquartered in Hong Kong. CTG traces its origin to the Travel Service Department founded by Shanghai Commercial & Savings Bank on August 15, 1923. After a century of development, CTG has formed the industrial framework comprising travel agencies, scenic areas, hotels, duty-free retail, tourism transportation, travel document services, cruises, real estate, and comprehensive operations in Hong Kong. The operation network spans China's mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and over 30 countries and regions worldwide. CTG gathers well-known tourism brands such as HKCTS, CITS, CTS, and CDF, making it the only central government-owned enterprise focused on tourism as core business. With the longest history, comprehensive industry chain, large scale of operation, and high brand value, CTG is considered to be one of leading enterprises in tourism. By the end of 2025, CTG's total assets reached more than 200 billion yuan, with about 42,000 employees, serving nearly 90 million tourists annually. CTG Travel

China Tourism Group Travel Service Co., Ltd.(CTG Travel), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Tourism Group, specializing in travel services. In October 2018, China Travel Service Head Office Co., Ltd. and China International Travel Service Head Office Co., Ltd. completed strategic reorganization to jointly establish China Tourism Group Travel Service Co., Ltd. Following the reorganization, CTG Travel boasts a more complete portfolio of tourism resources. As a large tourism enterprise integrating travel agency services, MICE, business travel & air ticketing, visa services and other comprehensive businesses, it is also a central travel agency enterprise with outstanding scale strength and brand influence in China. CTG Travel has 50 subsidiaries across 35 countries and regions worldwide, and 54 entities in 16 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in mainland China. It has built a modern operation network rooted in China and covering the globe.

CTG International

China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited (CTG International), is the flagship platform for tourism investment and operation under CTG. Aiming to become a "world-class investor and operator of tourism destinations", it focuses on the development and operation of tourism destinations, and commits itself to managing high-quality and unique cultural and tourism resources as well as integrated development. Its core businesses cover investment and operation of tourist attractions and related services (theme parks, natural and cultural scenic spots, leisure resorts and supporting services for tourist attractions), travel document-related services, hotel business, cross-border passenger transport and others.Up to now, CTG International has invested in and participated in the operation and management of more than 60 cultural and tourism scenic spot projects, including 17 AAAAA-level scenic areas and 21 AAAA-level scenic areas. It boasts full industrial chain capabilities in cultural and tourism business, super IP development and industry-leading comprehensive operation and management expertise in China.

CTG Investment

China Tourism Group Investment & Operation Co., Ltd. (CTG Investment), also known as China Travel (Hainan) Investment & Development Co., Ltd., is one of the central enterprises confirmed by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council with real estate development as its core business. With over 30 years of steady development, CTG Investment focuses on the Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration, the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, the Yangtze River Delta and Hainan region, and has selectively deployed projects in 17 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Sanya and Chengdu.Pursuing the one-body, two-wings driving strategy of "real estate development + operational businesses + service-oriented businesses", CTG Investment takes "Crafting Spaces, Building a Beautiful Life" as its brand philosophy. It continuously delivers pleasant life experiences to customers that are "expected yet full of surprises", and strives to become an influential urban development and operation service provider.

CTG Duty-Free

China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited (CTG Duty-Free), is the principal entity of the Tourism Retail Business Group under CTG and a large joint-stock enterprise focusing on tourism retail. Its business scope covers duty-free, tax-paid merchandise and integrated tourism retail complexes. China National Duty Free Products Group Co., Ltd. (short for CDF) was founded in 1984. It is a state-owned exclusive enterprise authorized by the State Council to carry out duty-free business nationwide. CDF has established long-term and stable partnerships with more than 1,500 world-famous brands. It operates over 200 retail stores in more than 30 provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and special administrative regions in China, as well as in Japan, Singapore, Cambodia, Sri Lanka and other places. It has grown into a tourism retailer boasting the widest variety of duty-free store formats and the largest number of retail outlets within a single country in the world.

CTG Hotels & Resorts

China Tourism Group Hotel Holdings Co., Ltd. (CTG Hotels & Resorts), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of CTG. It owns multiple brands including Metropark, Metropark Hotels, Rayfont, Traveler Inn, Lido Apartments, Shiyi, Sheye, Argyle and Ausotel, covering ultra-luxury, luxury, upper mid-scale, mid-scale, apartment, homestay and other product lines.The company currently manages over 400 hotels through sole proprietorship, joint venture, entrusted management, franchise, leasing and third-party management, with more than 84,000 guest rooms. Its hotels are located in over 140 mainland Chinese cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Haikou, Sanya, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Chengdu, Dali and Lijiang, as well as Hong Kong and Macao. In the United Kingdom, its footprint spans more than 30 cities including London, Leeds, Birmingham, Lincoln, Portsmouth and Brighton. It also has operations in Thailand, France, Portugal, Turkey, Brazil, Morocco, Cambodia, Kenya, Fiji, Nepal, the Philippines, Australia and other countries.

CTG Development

China Travel Development Hong Kong Limited (CTG Development), was restructured and renamed from the former China Tourism Group Financial Investment Co., Ltd. in November 2022 to implement the requirements of the central government and the Group's strategy of "rooted in Hong Kong, refining overseas businesses".After the restructuring, CTG Development focuses on the livelihood needs of Hong Kong. Upholding the philosophy of "Growing Together, Creating a Better Future", it continues to strengthen and optimize its Hong Kong-based businesses, serve Hong Kong's livelihood, boost local employment, and jointly build a promising future for Hong Kong. Its businesses cover three core segments: consumer finance, property management and warehousing & logistics. It now owns a portfolio of subsidiaries including Prime Credit, China Travel Financial Leasing, China Travel Insurance Brokers, Ka Fu Property Services, Wai Shun Security, Bright Culture & Leisure, Hip Kee Godown and Choshin Logistics.

CTG Capital

China Tourism Group Investment and Asset Management Co., Ltd. (CTG Capital), is an important wholly-owned subsidiary of CTG with a registered capital of RMB 1 billion. The company mainly engages in investment incubation of strategic emerging businesses and asset operation and management for the Group. Its business areas include asset operation, tourism transportation, tourism cultural and creative products, tourism investment, etc. It controls or holds stakes in 21 wholly-owned, holding and participating enterprises covering asset management, tourism transportation, self-driving tour and camp operation, tourist trains, cultural media, tourism cultural creativity and other sectors. As "the exclusive incubation platform for emerging industries" of CTG, CTG Capital takes asset management as the foundation and capital operation as the linkage. In integrated sectors such as culture-tourism integration, transportation-tourism integration and technology empowerment, it actively fosters the Group's second growth curve for sustainable development. It drives transformation and upgrading of traditional businesses and breakthrough development of strategic emerging industries to support the high-quality development of the Group.

China Cruises

China Huaxia International Cruises Co., Ltd. (China Cruises), focuses on the professional, market-oriented and internationalized operation of cruise businesses. The company was inaugurated in Shanghai on December 29, 2023, jointly established by China Tourism Group together with COSCO Shipping Group, China Merchants Group, Jinjiang International Group, Shanghai Jiushi Group and Shanghai Wusongkou Culture & Tourism Group.Starting from January 1, 2025, China Cruises officially became the controlling shareholder of Adora Cruises. At present, the company owns three Chinese cruise brands: Adora Cruises, Star Cruises Ocean and Nanhai Cruises. With the corporate vision of "building world-class oriental cruise experiences and a globally leading cruise operation group", it is based on the Chinese market and consumer demands. It has initially built a modern fleet with the domestically built first large cruise ship Adora Magic City as its flagship. It keeps launching cruise tourism products with distinctive Chinese features and contributes professional strength to building China into a tourism powerhouse.

  • Mr. Fan Yunjun

    Mr. Fan is a Director and General Manager of China Tourism Group. He also serves as the Chairman of China Tourism Group Duty Free Co., Ltd. Mr. Fan is a Senior Engineer and holds a PhD degree. He joined the Group in 2024.

  • Ms. Liu Kun

    Ms. Liu Kun is a Director of China Tourism Group. She also serves as the Board Secretary and Chief Legal Counsel of CTG. She is a certified Senior Economist, Researcher, holding a Master's degree in Economics, MBA degree. Ms. Liu Kun joined the Group in 2023.

  • Mr. Zhong Ping

    Mr. Zhong is a Director of China Tourism Group. He is a Senior Economist and holds a Master's degree in Economics. Mr. Zhong joined the Group in 2025.

  • Mr. Zhang Guofa

    Mr. Zhang is a Non-executive Director of China Tourism Group. He holds a Doctorate degree in Economics. Mr. Zhang joined the Group in 2023.

  • Mr. Zeng Weixiong

    Mr. Zeng is a Non-executive Director of China Tourism Group. He holds an MBA degree.

  • Mr. Sun Chengming

    Mr. Sun is a Non-executive Director of China Tourism Group. He is a Senior Engineer and holds an Executive MBA degree. Mr. Sun joined the Group in 2024.

  • Mr. Fan Yunjun

    Mr. Fan is a Director and General Manager of China Tourism Group. He also serves as the Chairman of China Tourism Group Duty Free Co., Ltd. Mr. Fan holds a PhD degree and is a Senior Engineer. He joined the Group in 2024.

  • Mr. Jin Hongyan

    Mr. Jin is the Chief Accountant of China Tourism Group and also serves as the Chairman of China Travel International Investment (Hainan) Hong Kong Co., LTD. He is a certified Senior Accountant. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Management. Mr. Jin joined the Group in 2023.

  • Mr. Wu Qiang

    Mr. Wu is the Vice General Manger of China Tourism Group. He also serves as the Chairman of the Board of China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited. He holds an MBA degree and joined the Group in 2006.

  • Mr. Jian Yi

    Mr. Jian is the Vice General Manager of China Tourism Group. He holds a Master's degree of Laws and joined the Group in 2024.

  • Ms. Lin Nvchao

    Ms. Lin is the Vice General Manager of China Tourism Group. She holds a Master's degree of Literature and joined the Group in 2024.

  • Mr. Hu Zhimin

    Mr. Hu is the vice General Manager of China Tourism Group. He also serves as General Manager of the Group's Strategy and Enterprise Management Department. Mr. Hu holds an Executive MBA degree. He joined the Group in 1997.

  • Mr. Chen Rong

    Mr. Chen is the Assistant to the General Manager of China Tourism Group. He is also the Chairman of the Labor Union of Group. He holds a Bachelor’s degree of Economics, an MBA degree, and a Doctorate degree as a Senior Economist. Mr. Chen joined the Group in 2005.
