CTG Duty Free Investment Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), established in May 2010, is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation Limited, responsible for overseas investment and operation management of CTG Duty Free tourist retail complex. CTG provides shopping destinations with one-stop consumption and leisure experience for tourists, business customers and urban middle class, by building a tourist retail complex with duty-free commerce at its core, covering various property types such as tax-bearing commerce, hotels, office buildings, etc. At present, the Company focuses on three product lines: offshore tourism retail complex, downtown high-end duty-free retail complex and suburban tourist-destination-based retail complex. Relying on the existing resource advantages of China Tourism Group and China Travel Service, with tax-free commerce as the core, China Free Investment Co., Ltd. will continuously improve its own resource integration, industrial investment, asset management and capital operation capabilities, and devote itself to becoming a domestic leading and international first-class investment, operation and management platform for tourism retail complex.
