On July 16, Chairman Wang Haimin of China Tourism Group (CTG) met with Chairman Su Zhigang of Chimelong Group in Guangzhou to discuss potential business collaborations. The two leaders engaged in in-depth discussions about leveraging their strengths to enhance cooperation on cultural tourism projects within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA). The meeting resulted in a consensus on advancing their joint efforts.

Chairman Wang gave a brief overview of CTG's business development strategy, emphasizing the group's commitment to enhancing the tourism industry chain in key strategic regions, including the GBA and Hainan province by developing high-quality projects that combine cultural richness with tourism value. Chairman Wang noted that CTG and Chimelong Group have significant advantages in theme park and resort investments and operations and can enhance cooperation in tourism product development, resort and theme park investments, and operational service improvements, all aimed at fostering the prosperity of tourism industry in key strategic regions like the GBA. He also suggested that both parties explore new collaboration models, broaden their cooperative efforts, and achieve mutual benefits through resource sharing.
