On November 3rd, CTG and China COSCO Shipping Group (COSCO) signed the Deepening Strategic Cooperation Agreement in Shanghai. Chen Yin, the Chairman and Party Committee Secretary of CTG, Wang Haimin, the Director, General Manager, Deputy Party Committee Secretary of CTG, Wan Min, the Chairman and Party Group Secretary of COSCO, and Feng Bo, the Vice General Manager and Party Group Member of COSCO, witnessed the signing ceremony. Li Gang, the Vice General Manager and Party Committee Member of CTG, and Huang Xiaowen, the Vice General Manager and Party Group Member of COSCO signed the Agreement.

After years of constructive cooperation between CTG and COSCO, the new Agreement will enable the two sides to further their comprehensive strategic partnership based on the Strategic Cooperation Agreement signed in 2018. It focuses on deepening the capital and business cooperation in global digital supply chain, cruise, hotel, tourism, duty-free buniess, industrial finance, digitalization, and other fields under the principles of "making long-term mutual benefit, pursuing market orientation and win-win cooperation".
The two sides held friendly talks before the signing ceremony. They agreed that the new Agreement would help both sides to fully give play to their resources and overlapping brand advantages, and realize business complementation and interconnected development. The expanded cooperation would help both sides achieve high-quality development, maintain and increase the asset value and make state-owned assets bigger, better, stronger.
