From October 26th to 29th, Chairman Chen Yin, accompanied by CTG managers, toured in Hainan to attend the opening ceremony of Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex, called on the officials of Haikou, Sanya and Sansha, and visited the West Ring Tourism Railway project and "Nanhai Dream" Cruise.
On October 26th, Mr. Chen and his team paid a visit to Zhou Hongbo, Standing Committee Member of the CPC Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of Sanya City. The two sides made in-depth exchanges on promoting tourism investment and accelerating the construction of key projects. Mr. Chen expressed his gratitude to Sanya City for its long-term support to CTG and briefed the operation of CTG in Hainan Province and Sanya City. He also listed issues in need of assistance from Sanya municipal government.
Mr. Zhou, on behalf of Sanya Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, expressed gratitude to CTG for its support to Sanya City in fighting against the "0801 pandemic wave". He pleaded full support for key construction projects and business development of CTG in Sanya, and would continue to carry forward the practical cooperation between the two sides.
On October 28th, Chen Yin paid a visit to Luo Zengbin, Standing Committee Member of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Party Secretary of Haikou City after attending the opening ceremony of Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on further deepening cooperation and promoting the utilization of tourism resources. Mr. Chen outlined the business operation of CTG in Hainan Province and Haikou City and its investment in key projects in Haikou City, stressing Haikou as a cornerstone city in CTG's business layout in Hainan. CTG would reinforce integration of different businesses to expand operations in Haikou, contributing to the development of Hainan Free Trade Port and Haikou City.
Mr. Luo, on behalf of Haikou Municipal Party Committee and Government, expressed gratitude to CTG for its long-term support for Haikou's economic and social development. He hoped that the opening of Haikou International Duty Free Shopping Complex would provide new opportunities for both sides to deepen and expand cooperation for more achievements, and Haikou City would continue to fully support CTG's business development.
On the afternoon of October 28th, Chen Yin and his team visited Yuan Guangping, the Party Secretary of Sansha at the Sansha City Office in Haikou. The two sides had in-depth exchanges on the development of Sansha's tourism resources and other issues. Mr. Chen expressed his gratitude to the Sansha Municipal Party Committee and Government for their support to the development of CTG. He also pointed out that CTG would introduce more tourist products in Xisha, improve tourist experience with high-quality service, and develop new forms of tourism in Xisha to help upgrade of Xisha cruise tourism.
Mr. Yuan expressed his gratitude to CTG for its long-term support for the construction and development of Sansha. He hoped that the two sides would constantly expand the cooperation in line with the actual situation and current foundation, pleading that Sansha would make every effort to provide support to CTG to achieve mutual high-quality development.
On October 29th, at the invitation of Hainan Provincial Party Committee and provincial government, Mr. Chen and his team visited Hainan West Ring Tourism Railway project. They took the train to examine the tourism resources along the west ring freight lines and then attended the symposium held by the Party Secretary of Hainan Province Shen Xiaoming in Sanya.
On the morning of October 29th, Mr. Chen visited the Phoenix Island Wharf in Sanya to inspect the "Nanhai Dream" Cruise onboard. Being briefed on the business recovery of "Nanhai Dream" Cruise and COVID prevention and control after the COVID wave, he expressed his appreciation to the crew and onshore staff on the spot for their efforts. Mr. Chen urged the management and staff of Nanhai Cruises to pursue the philosophy of "Integrity Operation, Quality Service" and make concerted efforts to prepare for the reopening of cruise lines. He encouraged staff to make Sansha Cruise Line a high-end and scarce product in the tourism industry and further promote the CTG brand in wider markets.
