Recently, the Chairman of CTG Chen Yin conducted a survey research into Shanghai Branch of CTG Travel. The management of the Operation Management Department of CTG, CTG Travel and Shanghai Branch of CTG Travel participated in the survey meeting in Shanghai and the video conference in Beijing and Shenzhen.
After being briefed, Mr. Chen spoke highly of Shanghai Branch of CTG Travel for its efforts to control cost, develop market, seek opportunities from the crisis, and constantly strengthen management reform in the hard time brought by the pandemic. He put forward five instructions for the next step of the Shanghai Branch. First, Shanghai Branch should act as the pioneer in the reform and development of CTG Travel. It should advance the integrated reform on the system, management, and digitalization, building up a model branch for the internal reform and development. The window period brought by the pandemic should be used to evaluate the trend of online-offline integration in the tourism industry, and new products and services should be rolled out to satisfy people's demand for a better life. Second, Shanghai Branch should be a leader in the tourism industry. It should pursue the philosophy of "Integrity Operation, Quality Service" and stay away from immoral practices, so as to play a leading role in the industry and consumption upgrade. Third, Shanghai Branch should become an innovator to lead consumption trends and serve consumers. Upholding the corporate tenet of "Integration and Coordination, Openness and Inclusiveness, Wisdom and Pragmatism", it should coordinate and share resources across the CTG Group to persistently provide consumers with high-quality, differentiated, and competitive products and services. Fourth, it should become the model in party building and mass mobilization, in particular at the grass-root level. It should proactively incorporate cadres into the Party organization to increase the Party member proportion and improve the staff cohesion. It should make a mutual promotion between the Party building and the mass mobilization to maximize the driving force for development. Finally, Shanghai Branch should learn lessons from history.
