On the afternoon of February 22, the Group's Winter Olympic Project Leading Group held an online conference to encourage the support staff for Olympic Games at the Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Village, five of its subsidiary hotels and CTG Automobile service sites. The leaders debriefed the progress on Olympic-related tasks, and gave further instructions on serving with "the same attitude, the same standard" throughout the Winter Olympic Games. The Group Chairman Chen Yin, Board Directors Lv Youqing and Yuan Jiuqiang, Deputy General Manager Shi Shanbo, General Manager Assistant Chen Rong and members of the Group's Winter Olympics Project Office, as well as representatives of front-line staff from CTG Hotel and CTG Assets attended the activity.
Chairman Chen Yin, on behalf of the Group, extended his warm congratulations to the basic-level leaders and employees for having provided superior supporting service for the Winter Olympics following their tradition of hard working and devotion. Their works are highly recognized by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Beijing Organizing Committee of the Olympic Games (BOCOG), and sectors of society involved in the Games, earning good reputation and honors for the Group. The Chairman urged the staff to build up energy in the preparatory stage to make another success at the Winter Paralympic Games. "First, we should always keep a high awareness of duty to fully understand the importance and arduousness of the Winter Paralympics Games services. Second, we should strengthen safety consciousness and always keep COVID-19 response as a priority by strictly abiding by the principles of safety, discipline and professionalism. Third, we should always coordinate across-team actions throughout the whole process furthering unity and cooperation. The temporary Party organizations should inspire members on the front-line and care their mental and physical health. While providing considerate services to the Winter Paralympic Games players, we should have a sound emergency handling plan in place. The whole Group should offer support and care to the front-line workers, rewarding the best employees with honors and promoting news coverage on the contributions we made to the Games."
Director Lv Youqing underlined that hosting Winter Olympics Games and Winter Paralympic Games was a major event for the Party and our country, so we must provide considerate services for the disabled athletes by the thorough preparation in terms of infrastructure to ensure a successful transition from the Winter Olympics Games to the Winter Paralympic Games. He also stressed that the Group should continue to strengthen the publicity by transforming the focus from the service to the brand communication, promoting brand image and fusing the existing publicity effect into the brand value. The Group should also expand businesses for a maximum gain by using the existing achievements and valuable experience and relevant resources.
Deputy General Manager Shi Shanbo urged that the spirit of meeting, and the appreciation from the management should be conveyed quickly to the Olympic supporting staff to encourage them to prepare for the tasks providing high-quality service to Winter Paralympic Games through good mental state, overall planning, and appropriate anti-epidemic measures. He asked the staff to control the budget through detailed planning, and strive for accomplishment in the Winter Paralympic Games that would demonstrate the good image of CTG staff and lay a ground for future development. （CTG Hotel）
