The travel agency business segment of CTG Travel covers three core business areas: inbound tourism, outbound tourism, and domestic tourism. In recent years, the Company has focused on market segmentation, prioritizing the cultivation of customized tourism and senior-friendly tourism businesses. Through resource integration and channel optimization, it meets the diverse consumption needs of tourists.

Inbound tourism: CTG Travel's inbound tourist source market covers over 100 countries and regions across Europe, the Americas, Oceania, Asia, and Africa, supporting more than ten languages including English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, and Korean. Maintaining partnerships with nearly 2,000 international travel agencies, CTG Travel boasts a professional multilingual business development team fluent in over ten foreign languages and operates multilingual websites in seven language versions to achieve full-channel customer acquisition across both B2B and B2C sectors. All products are independently developed, encompassing group series tours, private tours, customized tours, on-the-ground group consolidation, and modular travel products.

As a central SOE, CTG Travel actively fulfills its corporate social responsibility mandate through high-profile cultural diplomacy initiatives, including participation in the 14th China-US Tourism Leadership Summit, organizing the "50,000 People in 5 Years" Vision (Young Envoys Scholarship Program)" undertaking the "One Million Youth Discovering the Motherland Program," and hosting the Ministry of Culture and Tourism's flagship event "Diplomats Discovering the Beauty of China" for four consecutive years.

Aligned with national policies to boost inbound tourism, CTG Travel facilitated the reception of nearly 108,000 inbound tourists from Germany, Russia, Hong Kong (China), the UK, and other regions in 2024. The Company collaborated with cultural and tourism authorities in Beijing, Zhejiang, Shandong, and Guizhou to co-host promotional events with Visa Application Centres (VACs), organized the Beijing Inbound Tourism Development Conference, and participated in the "Heritage Preservation: Poly Culture MGM Charity Auction Night."

CTG Travel provided shore excursion services in Shanghai, Hong Kong (China), and Tianjin for the MSC World Europa and Mein Schiff 5, serving over 12,000 passengers - the largest inbound group series since visa-free policy implementation. Adapting to evolving travel trends, the Company has expanded its inbound offerings to include family tours, independent travel, and premium customized experiences while maintaining traditional group tour services.

Outbound tourism: CTG Travel’s outbound tourism services span a global network of destinations, including Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and Africa, Oceania, Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China, and the polar regions. CTG Travel's service portfolio encompasses group tours, independent travel, cruise voyages, customized itineraries, and single-service offerings such as visa processing, hotel reservations, and local activity bookings. As one of China’s first outbound tourism enterprises to be granted a national franchise license, CTG Travel is committed to evolving into a comprehensive outbound tourism service provider with product innovation and service excellence as its core competencies. By orchestrating nationwide collaboration among affiliated enterprises, CTG Travel coordinates product development, resource procurement, sales channel expansion, and brand-building initiatives, enabling seamless nationwide operational integration.
