Ocean Spring Resort Zhuhai is developed by China Travel International Investment Hong Kong Limited ("CTG International" for short). Dream Theater of Ocean Spring Resort adopts modern, high-tech multimedia technology, integrating multiple audio and video effects to bring the audience visual and auditory impact. The theater with a total investment of RMB 120 million has a total of 1,146 seats, among which more than 360 seats are rotatable. It has a high-tech lifting stage, open background, and fantastic stage lighting. On Tuesday-Sunday evening, Chinese and foreign artists perform the newly upgraded large-scale original music & dance drama Romantic Zhuhai.

Ocean Spring Racing Circuit is located within the Resort, with a floor space of about 50 acres. The track has a total length of 2.25 kilometers, with 10 curves with different turning radius and the longest straightaway of 620 meters long. The circuit is constructed according to the F3 standard, with a width of 10 to 12 meters, capable of holding various forms of motorbike competitions such as international and domestic RV race, motorcycle endurance race, and super sports car championships. Ocean Spring Circuit has the capacity of receiving 500+ visits and parking spaces for an event in one day, and it can undertake training with accommodation of 15,000 person-time monthly.
