Hong Kong, October 21 – China Tourism Group (CTG) and Liaoning Fangda Group Industrial Co., Ltd. (Fangda Group) held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Hong Kong. CTG Deputy General Manager Wu Qiang and Fangda Group Vice President Liu Yinan signed the agreement on behalf of their respective companies, witnessed by CTG Chairman Wang Haimin and Fangda Group Chairman of the Board, Fang Wei. The signing ceremony was hosted by CTG Deputy General Manager Jian Yi, with Fangda Group Vice President and Board Secretary-General Sun Dong, and Vice President Xu Jun, also in attendance.
Under this agreement, CTG and Fangda Group will leverage their combined resources to foster mutually beneficial growth in areas such as aviation tourism, travel retail, member benefits integration, business travel, hotel management, and comprehensive tourism services. This collaboration aims to create synergies and foster a win-win approach to development. Prior to the signing, CTG leaders accompanied Chairman Fang Wei and the Fangda delegation on a tour of the CTG Historic and Cultural Exhibition Hall, where they explored CTG's heritage and strategic achievements. Key representatives from Fangda's subsidiaries, including Zhongxing Commerce and Hong Kong Airlines, along with CTG Strategic Development Department, CTG TRAVEL, CTG Duty-Free, and CTG HOTEL, participated in the event.
